General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
§1 Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to contracts for the rental of hotel rooms for accommodation purposes as well as to all additional services and deliveries provided by the hotel in this context.

§3 Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of rooms on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer.
(2) Bookings made via the website are considered non-binding inquiries only. A contract is only concluded upon explicit confirmation by the hotel.
(3) For bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g. Booking.com), the respective terms and conditions of those providers shall apply additionally.
(4) The contract is concluded in the German language.
§4 Services, Prices and Payment
(1) All prices include statutory VAT, service charges, and breakfast buffet unless otherwise agreed.
(2) The hotel is obliged to provide the booked rooms and agreed services.
(3) The guest is obliged to pay the agreed or applicable prices for accommodation and additional services used.
(4) The hotel is entitled to request a reasonable advance payment or security deposit.
(5) Payment is made on site upon arrival or departure. Common payment methods are accepted.
§5 Cancellation / No-show
(1) Cancellation of the contract by the guest requires the consent of the hotel.
(2) If a free cancellation period has been agreed, cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
(3) In case of later cancellation or no-show, the hotel is entitled to charge 90% of the agreed accommodation price, unless the room could be re-let. The guest is entitled to prove that no or significantly lower damage has occurred.
(4) For bookings via third-party providers, their respective cancellation policies apply.
§6 Arrival and Departure
(1) Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
(2) Check-out is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
(3) There is no entitlement to earlier availability of the room.
(4) Guests are requested to inform the hotel in case of late arrival.
§7 Use of Rooms / House Rules
(1) Rooms may only be used by the agreed number of guests.
(2) Children up to 2 years stay free of charge in their parents’ bed. Persons aged 18 and above are considered adults.
(3) Pets are allowed upon request. Additional charges may apply.
(4) Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel.
(5) Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette celebrations are not permitted.
(6) Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
(7) In case of violations of the house rules, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the accommodation contract without notice.
§8 Parking
Parking spaces are limited and subject to availability. There is no entitlement to a parking space.
§9 Liability of the Hotel
(1) The hotel is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
(2) For other damages, the hotel is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
(3) In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to the foreseeable, typical damage.
(4) Liability for items brought into the hotel is governed by statutory provisions.
§10 Force Majeure
If the provision of services is significantly hindered, endangered, or rendered impossible due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, official orders, pandemics or comparable events), the hotel is entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving rise to claims for damages.
§11 Final Provisions
(1) German law shall apply.
(2) If the guest is a merchant or a legal entity under public law, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
(3) Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
